Mom called 23 times today. Every call was answered.
Hello Again gives your parent a line that always picks up, patiently, in your voice. It answers the twentieth question as kindly as the first, and tells you when a call needs you.

She never hears a busy signal. You get the whole picture by dinner.
Every call is answered gently, in the voice she's reaching for. Each evening you get a short summary of how she's doing, what she asked about, and anything that needs you.

- Asked what day it is0:48
- Asked if you're coming for dinner1:31
- Talked about Dad's tomatoes4:06
- Couldn't find her blue cardigan2:22
23 calls, all answered. She asked about dinner 9 times and asked for you twice.
Mom keeps calling the number she knows.
Nothing changes for her. There's no new number to learn, no app and no new phone.
Call us and talk for ten minutes
Read a short passage so Hello Again can speak in your voice, then tell it about Mom: the names she asks for, her routines, what calms her.
Forward the calls you miss
Dial one short code from your phone, like *61 or *71. Your phone still rings first. If you can't pick up, the call rolls to Hello Again.
She calls you like always
It recognizes Mom's number and answers her. Anyone else hears your voicemail greeting, and you get the message as a text.
It learns what Mom asks, from the people who know her best.
Brothers, sisters and grandkids call in with a family PIN to add stories, names and the right answers. When Mom asks something new, Hello Again comforts her, asks the family that evening, and knows the answer next time. You approve what it learns.
David answered: It's on the hook behind the bedroom door.

It takes the repeats. You take the calls that matter.
Answering the same question thirty times a day doesn't make you a better daughter. It makes you an exhausted one. Hello Again works like respite care for your phone, and every summary ends with one button: call her now.
Some calls can't wait for a summary.
- She mentions a fall, pain or feeling sick
- She says she's lost or outside
- A stranger is at the door or asking her for money
- She's frightened and can't be calmed
- She's out of milk or bread
- Questions about her pills
- Things it couldn't answer yet
- Who she asked for, and how often
What Hello Again is built to give back.
"I used to dread my phone lighting up during work. Now I get one text at 8 that says she's okay, and I call her because I want to."
"Dad asks where Mom is every morning. It answers him the way we agreed as a family, every single time, without the hurt in our voices."
"My grandmother hears my voice on Mondays and my uncle's on Sundays. She lights up. I recorded mine at Thanksgiving."
Illustrative stories that show how Hello Again is designed to help. They are not reviews from customers. We'll share real families' stories after launch.

It isn't medicine
It keeps Mom company and keeps you informed. It doesn't diagnose, treat or slow dementia, and it calls you when something sounds wrong.
Your family's data stays yours
Calls are summarized for you and kept for 30 days unless you choose longer. We don't sell your data.
What families ask us first.
Can I still pick up when Mom calls?
Yes. Your phone rings first, like always. Hello Again only answers if you don't pick up, after the number of rings you choose. You can also set quiet hours when it answers right away, like during work or overnight.
Will Mom know it isn't me?
You decide how it introduces itself, and we'll help you choose. If she ever asks directly whether she's talking to a computer, it tells her the truth gently.
She has a landline. Does that work?
Yes. Any phone that can call you can reach Hello Again. Nothing is installed on her phone.
What happens to calls from everyone else?
Only numbers you approve reach the companion. Everyone else hears your greeting, leaves a message, and you get it as a text.
What if your system is down?
Her call falls back to your regular voicemail, and we text you that it happened.
